e-Portal provides schools with a managed website, student information, results, fees, communication and related tools ("the Service"). Each school ("the School") operates its own tenant with its own data and branding.
The School is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters, for safeguarding its staff and guardian login credentials, and for ensuring it has authority to hold the personal data of its students, guardians and staff on the Service.
Paid plans are billed per school per term as displayed at signup. School-fee payments collected from parents flow directly to the School's own payment (Paystack) account; the platform does not hold parents' funds. Downgrade and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period.
The Service may not be used for unlawful content, for records of persons without lawful basis, or in ways that degrade the Service for other schools. We may suspend tenants that breach these terms after notice.
The School owns its data. Administrators can export student data at any time (including the NDPR export tool), and may request a full copy on cancellation. We retain backups for a limited rotation window.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; material changes to these terms will be notified to school administrators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the School for the current term. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
